Altitude training is frequently using as additional stress for increasing maximal aerobic power and endurance performance in sport. In spite this training method has not result regularly in increased performance on sea – level, low altitude performance it is believed by sports coaches in running, ski-running, cycling, swinning, etc. that this training is an additional succesfull method for increasing endurance. Living and training in higher terrestrial sports centers, or in low terrestrial altitude (sea – level) but using normobaric hypoxia conditions for training, demand to control training effects also during testing at simulated altitude by normobaric hypoxia (Fi = 0.18 %). These conditions are using for testing of response of subjects on “altitude conditions” while the effect of such training on performance in normoxic condition is estimating using sport specific endurance tests at sea level.
